Help For New Immigrants
We know you are in a new country, new culture, new contacts and perhaps you even have to learn a new language. We get it, it’s a lot to come to terms with. It all seems so overwhelming, yes! The “New Immigrant group” of the Helps department of BKCC is here to be a shoulder for you to rest on.
Do you need some help in settling down quickly in Calgary without stress? We are here to guide you and give all the help we can within our capacity to enable you settle down quickly.
How can BKCC be of help?
We currently offer the following services to new immigrants to Calgary:
1. Airport pick up on arrival to YYC airport
2. Settlement guidance on registrations (Social Insurance Number (SIN), Bank, Alberta Health(ABS) etc
3. Guidance on career, housing, school for the children etc
