Praying For Our Children I NODE

Night of Divine Encounter Prayers Day 3 - Prayer Of Consecration - Monday, June 28th, 2021. Theme: Let my people go

Praying For Our Children

Today, we are going to be praying for our children that God will deliver them from every form of oppression of the enemies. We serve a God that can deliver from every form of strange illness attacking our children. We also serve a God that can deliver from every form of addiction orchestrated from the pit of hell. It is time for our children to be set free from every power that may want to debar them from fulfilling their purpose.

Aaron was busy serving God yet his children offered strange fire which made God kill them. We will be praying that our children will serve the Lord and not go astray in Jesus’ name. Every strange spirit operating in children that makes them misbehave and offend God, the Lord will deliver them from such strange behavior in Jesus’ name.

David’s son died on the account of David’s sin. We shall pray that any action that we will take that will have a negative impact on our children will not take such steps in Jesus’ name.

King Pharaoh was killing male children at birth in order to prevent the Israelites from multiplying. Apparently, the devil knew that Moses, a man of purpose, was about to be born. So, he wanted to kill him so that God’s purpose would not be fulfilled. Herod also killed many children simply because he wanted to kill Jesus. We will be praying that every power and force of darkness that is trying to terminate the lives of our children or frustrate them from fulfilling their purpose will be destroyed in Jesus’ name. Pray for these heartfelt prayers and secure the lives and destinies of your children.

  1. Lord, I thank you for the lives of my children. I praise you for preserving them over the years. As of today, I will stop being anxious about my children. But in every situation, by prayer and petition, and thanksgiving I will present my case about my children to you Lord. So, Lord, receive all the glory and honor over these children in Jesus’ name.

Philippians 4:6

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

2. Lord, I pray that the light of my children will shine before others. I pray that the whole world will see their good works and glorify God in Jesus’ name

Matthew 5:16

“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

3. Lord, I pray that my children will be self-controlled and alert. I pray that the enemy will not devour them in Jesus’ name. Father, I pray that you will be their refuge and their fortress in Jesus’ name

1 Peter 5:8

“Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”

4. Lord, I pray that my children will not conform to the pattern of this world, but they will be transformed by the renewal of their minds in Jesus’ name. Deliver them from every form of sinful habit in Jesus’ name. I pray that God’s will, plans, and purpose over my children’s lives will come to pass in Jesus’ name

Romans 12:2

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

5. Thank you Jesus for these great children that you have given me Lord. I know that they are a great reward from you. I pray that I will not lose these great rewards in Jesus’ name

Psalm 127:3

“Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.”

6. Lord, give my children a heart that will enable them to know that you are the Lord. Let them return to you Lord with their whole heart, Be their God and let them be your people in Jesus’ name

Jeremiah 24:7

“I will give them a heart to know that I am the LORD, and they shall be my people and I will be their God, for they shall return to me with their whole heart”

7. Lord, I pray that if there is any secret sin in the lives of my children, expose it to me. Give me the courage to correct them and let them change their sinful ways and make amends before it is too late in Jesus’ name.

Hebrews 12:6

“For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives”

8. Lord, I pray that my children will trust in the Lord and they will do good in Jesus’ name. They will dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness in Jesus’ name.

Psalm 37:3

“Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness”

9. Lord, I pray that I will not lose any of my children in Jesus’ name. You will protect them and deliver them from every attack of the enemies in Jesus’ name

Job 1:4-5

4 His sons used to hold feasts in their homes on their birthdays, and they would invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them. 5 When a period of feasting had run its course, Job would make arrangements for them to be purified. Early in the morning, he would sacrifice a burnt offering for each of them, thinking, “Perhaps my children have sinned and cursed God in their hearts.” This was Job’s regular custom

Job 1:14-15

13 Now there was a day when his sons and daughters were eating and drinking wine in their oldest brother’s house; 14 and a messenger came to Job and said, “The oxen were plowing and the donkeys feeding beside them, 15 when the Sabeans raided them and took them away—indeed they have killed the servants with the edge of the sword, and I alone have escaped to tell you!”

10. Lord,  I pray that you will destroy every force of darkness that may be planning to terminate the lives of my children. Lord, destroy every evil agenda against my children in Jesus’ name. Send the helper of destiny to my children in Jesus’ name. Lord, protect my children supernaturally in Jesus’ name

Exodus 1:15-21

15 Later, the king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, one of whom was named Shiphrah and the other Puah. 16 “When you help the Hebrew women give birth,” he said, “watch them as they deliver. If it’s a son, kill him; but if it’s a daughter, let her live.” 17 But the midwives feared God and didn’t do what the king of Egypt told them. Instead, they let the boys live.

18 When the king of Egypt called for the midwives, he asked them, “Why have you done this and allowed the boys to live?”

19 “Hebrew women aren’t like Egyptian women,” the midwives replied to Pharaoh. “They’re so healthy that they give birth before the midwives arrive to help them.”

20 God was pleased with the midwives, and the people multiplied and became very strong. 21 Because the midwives feared God, he provided families for them

11. Lord, deliver the children that you have given me from vision haters and vision killers in Jesus’ name. Protect them and preserve them in Jesus’ name

Matthew 2;1-3

After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem 2 and asked, “Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.”

3 When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him.

Matthew 2:16

When Herod realized that he had been outwitted by the Magi, he was furious, and he gave orders to kill all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity who were two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had learned from the Magi.

12. Lord, I pray that the children that you have blessed me with will not offer strange fire to you in Jesus’ name. They will serve and love the Lord and do His will in Jesus’ name

Leviticus 10:1-2

Aaron’s sons Nadab and Abihu took their censers, put fire in them, and added incense; and they offered unauthorized fire before the Lord, contrary to his command. 2 So fire came out from the presence of the Lord and consumed them, and they died before the Lord.

13. Lord, I give back to you all the children that you have given me to me. Let them be yours forever. Let them dwell in your presence forever. Use them as you wish in Jesus’ name. I dedicate them to you and I pray that they will be yours all the days of their lives in Jesus’ name.

1 Samuel:21-28

21 When her husband Elkanah went up with all his family to offer the annual sacrifice to the Lord and to fulfill his vow, 22 Hannah did not go. She said to her husband, “After the boy is weaned, I will take him and present him before the Lord, and he will live there always.”

23 “Do what seems best to you,” her husband Elkanah told her. “Stay here until you have weaned him; only may the Lord make good his word.” So the woman stayed at home and nursed her son until she had weaned him.

24 After he was weaned, she took the boy with her, young as he was, along with a three-year-old bull,[c] an ephah of flour and a skin of wine, and brought him to the house of the Lord at Shiloh. 25 When the bull had been sacrificed, they brought the boy to Eli, 26, and she said to him, “Pardon me, my lord. As surely as you live, I am the woman who stood here beside you praying to the Lord. 27 I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him. 28 So now I give him to the Lord. For his whole life he will be given over to the Lord.” And he worshiped the Lord there.
