- It is a deep contemplation, a turning over and around in the mind to gain greater understanding and changed by God’s truth
- Meditation is synonymous to contemplation; deep thought, quiet time, thinking, musing, pondering, consideration, reflection, deliberation, study, rumination, brooding or concentration
