Pray that God will give you rest from all your labor
Today, you will pray that God will give you rest from all your labor. When God created Adam and Eve, He placed them in the beautiful garden. God provided work for Adam and they were supposed to manage the garden but not with hard labor. Toil came as a result of sin. God can provide a job that will look like the beautiful garden of Eden. In the garden, everything that Adam and Eve needed had been provided for.
Peter toiled throughout the night and caught nothing. However, Jesus told him to launch into the deep. After he did that, he got a great catch. You don’t need to toil if you can just listen to the word of Jesus. Matthew 11:28-30 (NKJV) says “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
God Can Give You Rest From Your Labor
There is rest for all those that labor. However, to get that rest, you need to come to Jesus. There is rest for all those who are willing to learn from Jesus. Peter was using his own skills. However, when he learnt from Jesus, he had rest. The scripture above also emphasized that Jesus’ yoke is easy and His burden is light. If you are doing anything that involves a difficult yoke and heavy burden, you need to cry to God for help. He will give you rest from all your labor.
If you are serving currently under bondage there is rest for you. That rest comes from God. Isaiah 43:3 (NKJV) says, “It shall come to pass in the day the Lord gives you rest from your sorrow, and from your fear and the hard bondage in which you were made to serve.”. The Isrealites served their Egyptian taskmasters under a heavy yoke. They sighed and cried unto God and He answered them. He took away their heavy yoke and He gave them rest. He took them from the land of bondage to a land that is flowing with milk and honey. Why do you want to stay in bondage when God has promised you rest. The same way God gave the Israelites rest, I pray that God will give you rest from all your labor in Jesus’ name.

Lord, I pray that I will not experience a painful toil before I eat in Jesus’ name. Father, I pray that you will bless my land and it will not produce thorns and thistles for me in Jesus’ name.

6. Father, I pray that you will give me rest from all my labor in Jesus’ name. I pray that I will not sweat before eating. Lord, I pray that the same grace and favor that was available for Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden will be available for me in Jesus’ name.

By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return.”
7. Father, I pray that you will give me rest from all my labor. Lord, I pray that you will be my Shepherd and I will lack nothing. I pray that the Lord will make me lie down in green pastures and He will lead me besides quiet waters in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that you will refresh my soul and guide me along the right paths for your name’s sake.
