Thank God For Giving You Rest In Your Finances
Today, we are going to thank God for giving us rest in our finances. For you to have a financial rest, God has a part to play and you also have a part to play. It is a partnership between you and God. One of the scriptural ways to live in abundance is seed sowing. God always blessed you with bread and seeds. However, some turn everything that comes to their hands to bread. God gives bread to the eater and gives seeds to the sower.
If you turn all your earnings to bread, you will have nothing to reap. However, when you plant and water your seeds, it is God that causes your seeds to grow. So, except the Lord builds a house, the laborers are laboring in vain. I pray that as you sow your seeds this year, the Lord will give you a financial rest in Jesus’ name.
Financial Rest Due To Divine Revelation
Financial rest can come through divine revelation. How did the nation of Egypt live in abundance when there were seven years of famine globally? God gave king Pharaoh the revelation of what was about to happen in the world. God showed him through dreams that there will be seven years of famine and seven years of abundance. Although king Pharaoh did not understand his dreams, God used Joseph to interpret those dreams. The nation of Egypt was able to save during the time of abundance. So, when there was a famine all over the world, they had abundance. All the nations of the world came to them to buy food. I pray that the Lord will also give you a divine revelation that will give you a financial rest this year in Jesus’ name.
Financial Rest By Acting On God’s Words
You can also have a financial rest in your finances by living and acting on the Word of God. Peter had toiled throughout the night and he caught nothing. However, when Jesus told him to launch into the deep, he did and he had a great catch. Just like Peter acted on the Word of God, you also need to act on the Word of God so that you can have a financial rest.
There was a widow who was indebted in the bible. The husband was a prophet, yet, he left a huge debt for his wife. The creditors came to take the two children of this widow but she cried out to Elisha. Elisha prophesied on the little jar of oil that this woman had and it multiplied. God provided for her supernaturally through this little jar of oil. She paid all her debt and lived on the rest. I pray that God will also provide for you supernaturally and He will give you rest in your finances in Jesus’ name.

3. Father, I thank you because as I sow generously this year I will reap generously. Lord, I thank you because as I give cheerfully and willingly this year, you will bless me abundantly. Thank you Jesus because in all things at all times, I have all that I need and I abound in every good work. Thank you Father for giving me financial rest
