Pray For God’s Covenant of Healing
Today, we will pray for God’s covenant of healing. God wants us to live in good health. God promised you that He will not bring on you any of the diseases He brought on the Egyptians provided you listen carefully to Him and do what is right in His eyes (Exodus 15:26). He is always ready to keep His part of this covenant of healing once you keep your part. He also promised to give you back your health and heal your wounds. The initial plan of God for mankind is for us to operate in divine health. Illnesses and diseases came as a result of sin. However, since Jesus had paid the price for our sins by dying on the cross, He had also paid the price for healing our diseases that came as a consequence of sin.
The Israelites traveled through the wilderness and the scripture recorded that none was feeble among them. The covenant that worked for the Israelites in the wilderness is still available today. It can work for you and I. God has the capacity to heal all diseases. He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). He paid the price for our healing over two thousand years ago, The price that He paid then is still relevant today. So, you have a covenant of healing.
Seek Divine Healing Through God’s Covenant Promises
God gave the Medical practitioners the wisdom to care for patients and to treat illnesses and diseases. Thank God for this wisdom that God gave them to do all these wonderful jobs. However, there are many medical conditions that the Medical Doctors can not handle. In many cases, they can only care for you and help you manage the conditions, but they have no capacity to cure you. However, your Creator has a spare part for any part of your body that is not functioning well. If you have no womb, He can give you a brand new womb. If you have no eyes, God can give you brand new eyes. God can restore any part of your body that is missing because He is your creator. There is no disease that is incurable before God.
Do you have cancerous cells in your body today? The Balm of Gilead is here to heal you. Is any part of your body malfunctioning? Jehovah Rapha is here to deliver you and restore your health. For those who have emotional problems, God said you should not allow your heart to be troubled. He promised to give you rest. So, there is rest for your soul today. I decree that God will establish His covenant of healing with you and your household in Jesus’ name. As from now on, you will begin to operate in divine health. As you serve the Lord your God, He will bless your bread and water and remove sickness from your body.
Invoke God’s Covenant of Health and Healing
Jesus healed a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years. He delivered Mary Magdalene who had seven demons and she became a free woman. Jesus also set the madman of Gadarene free. So, there is no case that Jesus Christ can not handle. Whatever challenges you are going through today in your health or in your emotions, come and drop them at Jesus’ feet. He said you should come to Him if you labor and you are heavy laden. He promised to give you rest. As we pray today, I pray that God will establish the covenant of healing with you and your household in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Points:
- Father, I pray that I will continually enjoy your covenant of healing. Lord, I pray for the grace to carefully listen to you and to do what is right in your eyes. I receive the grace to continually pay attention to your commands and to keep all your decrees. Father, I pray that you will deliver me from all the diseases that you brought on the Egyptians.

“He said, ‘If you listen carefully to the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you.'”
2. Father, I pray that I will enjoy your covenant of healing. Lord, I pray that you will give me back my health and heal my wounds.
Jeremiah 30:17 (NLT)
“I will give you back your health and heal your wounds,” says the LORD. “For you are called an outcast—‘Jerusalem for whom no one cares.’”
3. Father, I thank you for forgiving my iniquities and for healing my diseases. Lord, I pray that I will enjoy your covenant of healing all the days of my life in Jesus’ name.
Psalm 103:2-3 (ESV)
“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases.”
4. Lord, I thank you because you have been wounded for my transgressions. Thank you for the bruise for my iniquities. Thank you Jesus for the chastisement that brought me peace. Lord, I thank you for healing me by your stripes. I pray that I will continually enjoy the covenant of healing in Jesus’ name.
Isaiah 53:5 (NKJV)
“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.”
5. Father, I pray that I will continually enjoy your covenant of healing. I pray that the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. I command the peace of God in my health in Jesus’ name
Malachi 4:2 (NIV)
“But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.”
Ask for God’s Healing as Promised in His Covenant
6. Father, I pray that I will continually enjoy your covenant of healing in Jesus’ name. I pray that my healing will quickly appear and I pray that the glory of the Lord will be my rear guard.
Isaiah 58:8 (NIV)
“Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.”
7. Father, I pray that I will enjoy your covenant of healing. Lord, I receive the grace to humble myself. As I pray and seek your face today and repent from my wicked ways, Lord, I pray that you will hear from heaven and forgive my sins and heal my land in Jesus’ name.
2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV)
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
8. Father, I pray that I will enjoy your covenant of healing. Lord, I pray that you will heal me and I will enjoy your abundant peace and security in Jesus’ name.
Jeremiah 33:6 (NIV)
“‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.”
9. Father, I pray that I will constantly enjoy your covenant of healing. I pray that all the members of my household will enjoy your healing power in Jesus’ name. None of the members of my family shall fall sick in Jesus’ name.
Matthew 8:16-17 (NIV)
“When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: ‘He took up our infirmities and bore our diseases.'”
Pray for Restoration Through God’s Healing Covenant
10. Father, I pray for the grace to constantly enjoy your covenant of healing. Lord, I pray that you will anoint me mightily and destroy every root of sickness in my life in Jesus’ name.
James 5:14-15 (NIV)
“Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.”
11. Father, I pray that I will completely die to sins and be alive to righteousness. Lord, I thank you for you have borne my sins in your body on the cross. I decree my healing right now because I have been healed by your stripes. I pray that I will enjoy God’s covenant of healing

“He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.”
12. Father, I pray that I will continually enjoy your covenant of healing in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray for the grace to pay attention to what you say and to turn my ears to your words. I receive the grace to keep your Word within my sight and to keep them within my heart. Father, I pray that as I receive the revelation of your Word, I receive life from you and I receive health into my whole body in Jesus’ name.
Proverbs 4:20-22 (NIV)
“My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body.”
13. Father, I pray that you will heal my broken heart and bind up my wounds in Jesus’ name. I pray for God’s covenant of healing in Jesus’ name.
Psalm 147:3 (NIV)
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
14. Father, I pray for the grace to walk in your ways. Lord, I pray that as I walk in your ways, I will walk in divine health in Jesus’ name. Father, I pray that you will restore whatever I have lost in my health and comfort me in Jesus’ name. I decree peace of God in my body and in my household in Jesus’ name and I pray that God will turn my mourning into dancing in Jesus’ name.
Isaiah 57:18-19 (NIV)
“I have seen their ways, but I will heal them; I will guide them and restore comfort to Israel’s mourners, creating praise on their lips. Peace, peace, to those far and near,’ says the Lord. ‘And I will heal them.'”
