Pray That All Will Be Well With You

Pray That All Will Be Well With You

Today, we will pray that all will be well with us. God gave us an assurance that those who live in righteousness will experience blessings and well-being. God has good plans for your future. Those plans encompass peace and security. God as your Father is always ready to take care of you. Your well-being is as a result of faithfulness and God’s favor on our efforts. If the Lord does not build a house, the builders are building in vain. If the Lord does not watch over a city, the watchers are watching in vain. You need  to trust God fully, knowing He leads to paths of peace and stability. By His grace, I pray that all will be well with you.

The Shunammite woman after losing her son said to her husband that all is well. The husband was surprised that she was going to see prophet Elisha on an unusual day, so he was wondering if all was well. She said all is well even when the son was dead. Elisha saw her from afar and told Gehazi to go and ask her if all is well, she responded that all is well. Many of us when we are faced with challenges, our confession changes. The whole world must know what we are going through. When you are weak, the scriptures expect you to say you are strong. When you are poor, the scriptures expect you to say that you are rich. Jesus said that Lazarus was sleeping while he was dead. That is the way the believers are supposed to respond to unpleasant situations and circumstances.

Trusting God to Make All Things Well

God is interested in our wellness in both physical and spiritual matters. He orchestrates all situations for the well-being of those who are His. God promised us protection and well-being under His watchful care. Isaiah 3:10 (NIV) says, “Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds.” The fruit of the deeds of the righteous is called wellness. Also, there is joy and wellness that come from trusting in God’s goodness. As a believer, even when you are faced with a mighty sea and it seems there is no way, you confess the Word of God by saying there is a way. God can make ways where there is no way and He can give you rivers in your desert.

It Shall Not Be Well With The Wicked

God gave us assurance of well-being in every aspect of our lives especially when we follow His commands. The scripture did not promise that it shall be well with the wicked. Isaiah 3:11 (NIV):  says, “Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them! They will be paid back for what their hands have done.” The wicked can not claim that all is well. Disaster awaits them. God categorizes the sinners as wicked. Therefore, examine your life today to see if it conforms with God’s will for your life. That book of Isaiah 3:11 conveys the principle that those who do evil will face consequences for their actions, underscoring that the choices of the wicked lead to trouble and retribution rather than peace or well-being.

Ecclesiastes 8:13 (NIV): says “Yet because the wicked do not fear God, it will not go well with them, and their days will not lengthen like a shadow.” This shows that if you want all to be well with you, you must turn away from your wicked ways. God promised healing for our land when believers turn away from their wicked ways. It shows that you can be a believer and still be wicked. I pray that as you turn away from all forms of wickedness, all will be well with you in Jesus’ name.
