Thank God for Supernatural Wisdom
Thank God for Supernatural Wisdom
Today, we will be thanking God for supernatural wisdom. Supernatural wisdom comes from God. When you worship God and give Him your best sacrifice, He has the capacity to endow you with supernatural wisdom. God blessed Solomon with a discerning heart and through that God increased his affluence and influence. What is wisdom ? Wisdom is the right application of knowledge. Wisdom is the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment. It is the quality of being wise.
God blessed king Solomon so much with supernatural wisdom to the extent that royalties paid him a visit just to hear him speak. His great wealth can be traced to his discerning heart. The scripture says in Proverbs 4:7 that “Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.” James 1:5-6 also says, “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” It means that you can pray for supernatural wisdom and God will liberally give it to you.
Joseph Was Elevated By Supernatural Wisdom
How was Joseph elevated? It was through the supernatural wisdom that God gave him. King Pharaoh had a dream and he did not understand the meaning. All the magicians and the astrologers working for him could not interpret his dream. However, Joseph interpreted the Pharaoh’s dreams and also proffered a solution to what to do to prevent the Egyptians from the consequences of the seven years of famine. It was the supernatural wisdom that elevated him from a prisoner to the Prime Minister. It means that supernatural wisdom has the capacity to promote, to provide and to give you honor.
Daniel reigned with five kings due to this supernatural wisdom. These were powerful kings who had great influence all over the world at that point in time. It means that change of your boss or organization will not have an effect on your career if you are operating in supernatural wisdom. You can be relevant in different organizations and with different bosses if you operate in supernatural wisdom. As we pray today, we will thank God in advance for supernatural wisdom because we know that God will honour His Word by giving it to us.

He has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in days to come. Your dream and the visions that passed through your mind as you were lying in bed are these:
Special Bible Passage
1 Kings 3:4-9
The king went to Gibeon to offer sacrifices, for that was the most important high place, and Solomon offered a thousand burnt offerings on that altar. 5 At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream, and God said, “Ask for whatever you want me to give you.”
6 Solomon answered, “You have shown great kindness to your servant, my father David, because he was faithful to you and righteous and upright in heart. You have continued this great kindness to him and have given him a son to sit on his throne this very day.
7 “Now, Lord my God, you have made your servant king in place of my father David. But I am only a little child and do not know how to carry out my duties. 8 Your servant is here among the people you have chosen, a great people, too numerous to count or number. 9 So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern these great people of yours?”
1 Kings 3:10-15
10 The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this. 11 So God said to him, “Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice, 12 I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be. 13 Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for—both wealth and honor—so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings. 14 And if you walk in obedience to me and keep my decrees and commands as David your father did, I will give you a long life.”15 Then Solomon awoke—and he realized it had been a dream.
