Pray That God Will Strengthen You With Power Through His Spirit
Today, we will pray that God will strengthen us with power through His Spirit. The Holy Spirit is one of the major sources of power. If you don’t have enough fuel in your car, how can you travel far? Anytime your fuel finishes, you have to refuel. You don’t really need to wait until your fuel finishes. You need to go to the filling station once you realize you have low fuel in your tank. When you pray in tongues you are generating power and you are filling up your spiritual tank. When you are weary or weak from the fight, the Holy Spirit has the capacity to give you power.
Samson was able to do great exploits by the Spirit of God. The source of his strength was God’s Spirit Judges 15:14 says, “As he approached Lehi, the Philistines came toward him shouting. The Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon him. The ropes on his arms became like charred flax, and the bindings dropped from his hands.” He killed several Philistines when the Spirit of God came upon him. Samson also killed a lion with bare hands when the Spirit of God came upon him. Judges 14:6 says, “The Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon him so that he tore the lion apart with his bare hands as he might have torn a young goat. But he told neither his father nor his mother what he had done.” The Spirit of God is one of sources of supernatural power.
Baptism With Power By The Holy Spirit
Jesus told the disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit before embarking on the assignment that He gave them. Acts 1:8 says, “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” The source of the power that we need to witness is from the Holy Spirit. That is why those without the power of God can not do great and mighty exploits. The Spirit that God gave us is the Spirit that gives power. 2 Timothy 1:7, “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.” This scripture clearly stated that the Spirit of God gives us power. So, make sure you activate that power.
You need the power of God to move mountains. We realized from the scriptures that the mountains can only become a plain by the Spirit of God (Zechariah 4:6-7). There is no mountain anywhere that you can not level if you have the power. The source of that power is the Spirit of God. As we pray today, I pray that God will strengthen us with power through His Spirit in Jesus’ name.

3. I pray that God will strengthen me with power by His Spirit in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that I will start moving great and mighty mountains by your Spirit. I pray that every mountain before me shall become a plain in Jesus’ name.
Zechariah 4:6-7 (KJV)
So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts. 7 ‘Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”
4. I pray that God will strengthen me with power through His Spirit in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that the you will baptize me with the power of the Holy Spirit. I pray for the grace to begin to witness all over the world in Jesus’ name.
Acts 1:8
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
5. Father, I pray that you will breathe on me and empower me by your Holy Spirit in Jesus’ name.
Genesis 2:7
Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
Praying For The Baptism of Power Through The Holy Spirit
6. Father, I pray that your breath will come from the four winds into my life and turn me into a great soldier in your vineyard. Lord, I pray that you will strengthen me with power by your Spirit in Jesus’ name
Ezekiel 37:9-10
Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.
7. Father, I pray that your Spirit will begin to stir me and empower me to do great and mighty exploits in Jesus’ name.
Judges 13:25 (NIV)
“And the Spirit of the Lord began to stir him while he was in Mahaneh Dan, between Zorah and Eshtaol.”
8. Father, I pray that your Spirit will come powerfully upon me and give me the grace to fulfill your plans and purpose for my life in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that you will strengthen me with your power through your Spirit in Jesus’ name.

The Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon him so that he tore the lion apart with his bare hands as he might have torn a young goat. But he told neither his father nor his mother what he had done.
9. Father, I pray that your Spirit will come upon me powerfully and you will give me the grace to overcome all the powers of the enemies in Jesus’ name
