Praying For Divine Healing Part 1
Day 32:40 DAYS PRAYER, FASTING AND WORSHIP FEB 3rd to MARCH 14th, 2021. 2021, A YEAR OF NEW BEGINNING - ISAIAH 43:17-19
Short Exhortation About Divine Healing
We are going to be praying for divine healing today. If you are a child of God, one of the fringe benefits that you have in Christ is healing. The main emoluments or compensation of children of God is salvation. However, aside salvation, there are so many benefits that come with it. One of these is divine healing. Matthew 15:26-28 says, “But he answered, “It is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.” But she said, “Yes, Lord, but even the dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.” Then Jesus answered her, “Woman, great is your faith! Be it done to you even as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that hour.
In the bible passage above, we realize that it is possible for someone to be healed even when she or he has no relationship with God. However, healing is primarily for children of God. The plan of God is to give us the total package, which is to be healed spirit, soul and body. 3 John 1:2 says, “Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” This is the kind of healing that all Christians should aspire to have. It is an all round prosperity.
Moreover, if we read Exodus 23:25, it says, “Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you…” It means that divine healing is one of the benefits of serving or worshipping the Lord. When you serve the Lord, He will bless your bread and water and take away sickness from among you. Isaiah 53:4-5 says, “Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” If Jesus had taken away our pain, then we don’t have to go through pain again. Our healing has been completed by His wounds over 2000 years ago. All we have to do is to claim what he has already done for us through prayer.

Psalm 103:2-4
“Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits – who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion.”
2. Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise according to your Word in Jeremiah 17:14

“Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.”
3. Lord, we pray for anyone who is sick right now, that your healing virtue will flow through their bodies right now in the name of Jesus. If they have sinned, Lord, please forgive them in Jesus’ name and let them be healed in the name of Jesus
James 5:14-15
“Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.”
4. God, we pray for the grace to listen carefully to you and obey your Word. As we do this, Lord, we pray that you will heal us and remove every form of diseases that you brought on the Egyptians from us in Jesus’ name
Exodus 15:26
“He said, “If you listen carefully to the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you.”
5. Father, we pray that as we worship you, you will bless our bread and water and take away sickness from among us in the name of Jesus

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
7. God, we pray that we are healed from every form of pain in Jesus’ name. Your Word says that you have taken away my pain, so I feel no pain again in my body in Jesus’ name. You have been pierced for my transgressions and crushed for my iniquities, so I pray that sin will not have dominion over me in Jesus’ name. I pray that I will continually experience peace because the punishment that brought us peace was upon you. I am healed in Jesus name for your Word says by your stripes I am healed
Isaiah 53:4-5
“Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.”

9. Lord God, I know that there is no god besides you. You have the power to put to death and the power to bring to life. You can wound and you can heal Lord. So, I pray that you will heal me from all my wounds in Jesus’ name. Every good thing that seems dead in my life, bring back to life Lord in Jesus’ name
Deuteronomy 32:39
“See now that I myself am he! There is no god besides me. I put to death and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand.”

2 Chronicles 7:14
“if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.”
11. Lord, restore me to health and let me live in Jesus’ name. In your love, keep me from the pit of destruction in Jesus’ name. Father, i pray that you will put my sins behind your back according to your Word in Jesus’ name
