Praying for the Grace to Do Unusual Exploits for God
Praying for the Grace to Do Unusual Exploits for God
Today, we will be praying for the grace to do unusual exploits for God. What is exploit? Exploit means to use someone or something to achieve one’s own purposes. When God uses us to achieve His purposes on earth, that is a great exploit. There are so many unplowed grounds that God wants us to plow as Christians. Hosea 10:12 says, “Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the LORD, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you.”
Daniel 11:32 says, “Those who do wickedly against the covenant he shall corrupt with flattery; but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” This verse reveals the secret of great and unusual exploits. The more you know God the greater the exploits you will do. If you examine all those who did unusual exploits in the bible, they did those unusual exploits based on their knowledge of God. If you are going to walk in the supernatural, your knowledge about God is very paramount.
God Can Empower You For Unusual Exploits
Moreover, many times we think that we don’t have the ability to do exploits for God. We look at our limitations and we consider that above God’s Word concerning our lives. When God told Moses that He was sending him to go and deliver His people Israel, it was very difficult for Moses to obey. Moses told God how incapable he was but God insisted that he was the better candidate for the job. All God needs from us is our total surrender to His will. God is ready to work through us, He only needs a vessel that is available for Him to use. The reason why we resist Him most of the time is because we always think we will be the one to do the job. Meanwhile, He only wants to work through us.
When Gideon made himself available to God, He used him mightily. The man who thought he was the least in his clan became a mighty vessel in God’s hands. God used an unlearned man like Peter to do unusual exploits. He used a persecutor like Apostle Paul to do unusual exploits. God also used several others based on their availability. He can use you to do unusual exploits too. As we pray today, I pray that we will receive the grace to do unusual exploits for God in Jesus’ name.

Special Bible Passage
Philippians 3:12-16
12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. 13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do,forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
15 Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you. 16 Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind.
