Pray For Unusual Favour With Your Co-workers In Your Organization
Today, we will be praying for unusual favour with our co-workers in our organisation. We all need favour with God and favour with men. Samuel grew in stature, in favour with God and in favour with men. Favour is so important that Jesus also has to grow in favour with God and man. As you work in your organisation, you can also pray that God will grant you favour before your colleagues.
When Esther was chosen among the potential queens after Vashti was removed, she found favour before those who looked upon her. Esther 2:15 says, “Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, had come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king’s chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all those who looked upon her.” Favour has the capacity to promote you. Also, favour has the capacity to distinguish you for success. If there is a single slot in your organisation, favour can qualify you despite the fact that there are many who are qualified.
Although there were many ladies shortlisted to replace Vashti, Esther got that position at the end of the day by an unusual favour. Esther 2:17 says, “Now the king was attracted to Esther more than to any of the other women, and she won his favour and approval more than any of the other virgins. So he set a royal crown on her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.” Just like Esther was favoured, I pray that God will also grant you unusual favour before your co-workers in Jesus’ name.

- Father, I pray that you will grant me unusual favour with my co-workers in my organization in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that by favour, you will distinguish me for success in my organisation in Jesus’ name

3. Father, I pray that you will give me favour with you and with men in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that I will grow in stature in my organisation in Jesus’ name. I pray that you will enlarge my coast.
1 Samuel 2:26
And the boy Samuel continued to grow in stature and in favour with the LORD and with people.
4. Father, I pray that you will favour me before all my colleagues in my organisation in Jesus’ name.
Luke 2:52
And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
5. Father, I pray that you will cause your face to shine upon me in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that you will grant me favour among my co-workers in Jesus’ name.
Daniel 1:8-9
But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way. 9 Now God had caused the official to show favour and compassion to Daniel
6. Father, I pray that you will grant me an unusual favour in my organisation in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that I will be the preferred candidate for exceptional promotion in Jesus’ name. Father, I pray that my boss and colleagues will favour me in Jesus’ name
Genesis 39:4
Joseph found favour in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned.
7. Father, I pray for unusual favour in whatever I laid my hands to do in my organisation in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that your Spirit of excellence will rest and abide on me in Jesus’ name
Genesis 39:21-23
“The Lord was with him; he showed him kindness and granted him favour in the eyes of the prison warden. 22 So the warden put Joseph in charge of all those held in the prison, and he was made responsible for all that was done there. 23 The warden paid no attention to anything under Joseph’s care, because the Lord was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever he did.”
Special Bible Passage
Daniel 1:8-15
But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way. 9 Now God had caused the official to show favour and compassion to Daniel, 10 but the official told Daniel, “I am afraid of my lord the king, who has assigned your food and drink.Why should he see you looking worse than the other young men your age? The king would then have my head because of you.”
11 Daniel then said to the guard whom the chief official had appointed over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah, 12 “Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink.13 Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.” 14 So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days.
15 At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food.
