Pray For The Grace To Shine Your Light In Your Organization
Today, we will be praying for the grace to shine our Light in our organization. We are the light of the world. Wherever we find ourselves as Christians, we need to shine our light. Many hide their light in their organization. They don’t allow their colleagues to know the kingdom they represent. As a Christian you don’t need to hide your identity. If you are ashamed of Christ in this world, He will also be ashamed of you when He comes in His glory (Luke 9:26). We are the salt of the earth. You are the salt in your organization. Salt is used for preservation. You are the one who is preserving that organization from moral decadence.
The presence of ten righteous people in Sodom and Gomorrah would have saved the city. This shows that God can save an organization because of you. Jonah, a righteous man, entered the city of Nineveh and there was a national repentance. Your presence in that organization should bring the sinners there to the knowledge of Christ. You can not afford to hide your light because your light needs to shine and it needs to be glaring to all. Darkness disappears in the presence of light and not the other way round. The Israelites were under bondage until God raised a man, Moses, to deliver them. In the same manner, God can use you to deliver your organization from the bondage of sin.
You Are The Light In Your Organization
Don’t ever think you are in your organization just to make a living. You represent the kingdom of light in that organization. If Esther was not in Shushan, Haman would have completely destroyed the Jews. God strategically placed Esther in the palace so that she could defend the interest of the Jews. Through the presence of Esther, God averted the plans of Haman and He saved the Jews from the pending danger. Don’t ever think that you are in that organization just to make a living. You are in that organization for a greater purpose. You are there to destroy the kingdom of darkness.
Matthew 5:13 says, “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.” So, shine your light in your organization and let the whole world see. As we pray today, I pray that God will give us the grace to shine the light of Christ in our organization in Jesus’ name.

3. Father, I pray for the grace not to hide my lamp under a basket but on a lampstand in my organization. I pray that through me everyone in my organization will come to the knowledge of Christ in Jesus’ name
Matthew 5:15
Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house
4. Father, I pray that my light will shine so much that everyone in my organization will see my good works and glorify you in Jesus’ name
Matthew 5:16
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
5. Father, I pray that I will be an ambassador of light in my organization, I pray that through me, you will expose all the works of darkness in Jesus’ name
John 9:5
While I am in the world, I am the Light of the world.”
6. Father, I pray that I will arise and shine in my organization. I pray that all the Gentiles in my organization will come to the brightness of my risen in Jesus’ name
Isaiah 60:1
“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
7. Father, I pray that you will place me as light in my organization. I pray that through me all the unbelievers in my organization will be saved in Jesus’ name
Acts 13:47
For so the Lord has commanded us, ‘I have placed You as a light for the Gentiles, that You may bring salvation to the end of the earth.’
