Pray That God Will Send Destiny Helpers To You
Today, we will be praying that God will send destiny helpers to us. Who are destiny helpers? Destiny helpers are people that are strategically positioned to help you arrive at your expected end. Destiny helpers are people that fight your battles as if the battles are theirs. They are people that use their own networks to open up opportunities for you. Destiny helpers are people that carry burden for others.
Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit are the greatest destiny helpers. Without Jesus Christ, we would not have been reconciled to God the Father. Without the Holy Spirit, many of us would not have believed God and we would not have been able to fulfill our ministries. The Holy Spirit convicts us of our sins. Also, without the help of the Holy Spirit, the spread of the gospel would have been limited. The Holy Spirit helps us to grow spiritually by teaching us all things that Jesus commanded us. He brings the Word of God to our remembrance. The Holy Spirit has been responsible for the exponential increase in the Church.
There are four types of Destiny Helpers

Divine connectors
Divine connectors don’t have the power in themselves to help you but can connect you to people who can. The chief butler was a destiny helper. He connected Joseph to king Pharaoh. That connection took Joseph from the prison into the palace. Also, the maid servant of Naaman was a divine connector. She connected Naaman to Elisha. Naaman eventually got his healing and he was free from leprosy through that connection.

Men of Access
These are men of influence and they are like gatekeepers. Jesus Christ is the greatest man of access. Through Him, we have access to God the Father. He reconciled us back to God. Ephesians 2:18 (ESV) says, “For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.”

Gifted people
Gifted people are assets. They make your assignment easy. When God gave Moses the assignment to build the ark, He gave him Bezalel and Oholiab and other gifted men who can work on the project. We all need gifted people as destiny helpers if we are going to go far.

Burden bearers
They love you not for your success or what you are but for who you are. They remain loyal in hard times and are committed to ensuring your comfort. Jonathan is a burden bearer to David. He was very loyal to David and he loved David so much. He told David about his father’s plan when king Saul wanted to kill him. Aaron is also an example of a burden bearer. Moses had a speech problem which was more or less a burden for him. However, God gave him Aaron who helped to ease this problem. He will listen to Moses and pass his message across to Pharaoh or to the Israelites.
Destiny Haters, Destiny Destroyers and Destiny Killers
The same way we have destiny helpers, we also have destiny haters. Destiny destroyers and destiny killers. Satan is the chief destiny killer. His mission is to kill, to steal and to destroy. He destroyed the destiny of Adam and Eve and stole their authority. Joseph’s brothers are examples of destiny haters and destiny killers. Their goal was to destroy and kill Joseph’s destiny. Joseph told them about his dreams and they planned to truncate it. However, God helped Joseph and he still fulfilled his dreams despite all odds.
The story of Joseph is a chronicle of destiny helpers, destiny haters, destiny destroyers and destiny killers. He met all these sets of people along his way. His brother sold their star into Egypt as a slave. Joseph regained his freedom and the country where they sold him later became a super star. Don’t ever sell your stars. Instead, support them and embrace them. When you support a star, you will also eventually become a star.

Miriam was Moses’ elder sister. She was the one that connected the daughter of Pharaoh to their mother, Jochebed, which gave Moses the opportunity to be raised by his real mother at the early stage of his life

He was the man who assume responsibility for the proper burial of Jesus after His crucifixion
As we pray today, I pray that God will send us destiny helpers in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Points
- Father, I pray that you will send helpers of destiny to me. Lord, I pray that you will give me men like Bezalel and Oholiab that will help me accomplish my divine assignment in Jesus’ name.
Exodus 35:1-5 (NIV)
Then the Lord said to Moses, 2 “See, I have chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, 3 and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills— 4 to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, 5 to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of crafts.
2. Father, I pray that you will send skillful men and those with special abilities to me, who will help me accomplish my dreams in Jesus’ name. God, send my destiny helpers in Jesus’ name.
Exodus 35:6 (NIV)
Moreover, I have appointed Oholiab son of Ahisamak, of the tribe of Dan, to help him. Also I have given ability to all the skilled workers to make everything I have commanded you
3. Father, I pray that you will send burden bearers to me. Lord, I pray that you will send me destiny helpers who will be solution providers and problem solvers.
1 Samuel 16:18-21 (NIV)
One of the servants answered, “I have seen a son of Jesse of Bethlehem who knows how to play the lyre. He is a brave man and a warrior. He speaks well and is a fine-looking man. And the Lord is with him.”
19 Then Saul sent messengers to Jesse and said, “Send me your son David, who is with the sheep.” 20 So Jesse took a donkey loaded with bread, a skin of wine and a young goat and sent them with his son David to Saul. 21 David came to Saul and entered his service. Saul liked him very much, and David became one of his armor-bearers.
4. Father, I pray that you will send me destiny helpers that will prevent me from making a terrible mistake. Lord, I pray that you will send me helpers of destiny that will catapult me to the height you have ordained for me in Jesus’ name.
1 Samuel 25:32-35 (NIV)
David said to Abigail, “Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, who has sent you today to meet me. 33 May you be blessed for your good judgment and for keeping me from bloodshed this day and from avenging myself with my own hands. 34 Otherwise, as surely as the Lord, the God of Israel, lives, who has kept me from harming you, if you had not come quickly to meet me, not one male belonging to Nabal would have been left alive by daybreak.”
35 Then David accepted from her hand what she had brought him and said, “Go home in peace. I have heard your words and granted your request.”
5. Father, I pray that you will send my destiny helpers that will help me to make great decisions in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that you will send me my destiny helpers in my hour of need in Jesus’ name.
1 Samuel 30:13 (NIV)
David asked him, “Who do you belong to? Where do you come from?” He said, “I am an Egyptian, the slave of an Amalekite. My master abandoned me when I became ill three days ago.
Pray For Divine Destiny Helpers
6. Father, I pray that you will command your angels to guard me in all my ways in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that all the angels that you have sent to me as my destiny helpers will go to work on my behalf in Jesus’ name.
Psalm 91:11-12 (NIV)
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
7. Father, I pray that everything that you have created will start working for my good in Jesus’ name. Lord, I pray that you will use both animate and inanimate objects in my favour and they will start responding as my destiny helpers in Jesus’ name.

Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah: 3 “Leave here, turn eastward and hide in the Kerith Ravine, east of the Jordan. 4 You will drink from the brook, and I have directed the ravens to supply you with food there.”
5 So he did what the Lord had told him. He went to the Kerith Ravine, east of the Jordan, and stayed there. 6 The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening, and he drank from the brook.
8. Father, I pray that you will use my enemies and my friends as my destiny helpers in Jesus’ name.
Exodus 2:5-8 (NIV)
Then Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe, and her attendants were walking along the riverbank. She saw the basket among the reeds and sent her female slave to get it. 6 She opened it and saw the baby. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him. “This is one of the Hebrew babies,” she said.
7 Then his sister asked Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and get one of the Hebrew women to nurse the baby for you?” 8 “Yes, go,” she answered. So the girl went and got the baby’s mother.
9. Father, I pray that you will send me destiny helpers that I need in fulfilling the assignment that you have given me. Lord, I pray that you will send me divine connectors and burden bearers in Jesus’ name.
Mark 15:43-46 (NIV)
Joseph of Arimathea, a prominent member of the Council, who was himself waiting for the kingdom of God, went boldly to Pilate and asked for Jesus’ body. 44 Pilate was surprised to hear that he was already dead. Summoning the centurion, he asked him if Jesus had already died. 45 When he learned from the centurion that it was so, he gave the body to Joseph. 46 So Joseph bought some linen cloth, took down the body, wrapped it in the linen, and placed it in a tomb cut out of rock. Then he rolled a stone against the entrance of the tomb.
10. Father, I pray that you will send me my destiny helpers at my time of need. Lord, I pray that you will send me burden bearers and burden lifters in Jesus’ name.
Luke 23:26 (NIV)
As the soldiers led him away, they seized Simon from Cyrene, who was on his way in from the country, and put the cross on him and made him carry it behind Jesus.
