What is the meaning of Judah?
The Hebrew name for Judah, Yehudah literally “thanksgiving” or “praise,” is the noun form of the root Y-D-H “to thank” or “to praise.” It is also known as “Yadah”
Who is Judah?
Judah is the fourth of the twelve sons of Jacob by Leah, and the ancestor of the tribe of Judah. His birth is recorded in the book of Genesis:
Genesis 29:35
She conceived again, and when she gave birth to a son she said, “This time I will praise the Lord.” So she named him Judah. Then she stopped having children.
Revelation 5:5
“Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”
The Book of Remembrance | Night of Divine Encounter
God opened the book of remembrance unto Noah
The Lord can open the book of remembrance unto you. God instructed Noah to build an ark as a place of safety because he was about to destroy the earth. Eventually, when God destroyed the earth, he spared the people inside the ark. Noah and his family members alongside some animals entered the ark in response to the warning of God. They avoided the impending destruction of the earth by water. Others perished because they refused to yield to God’s warning.
After 150 days, the water receded. If God had not remembered Noah, they would probably have stayed in the ark forever. The water would not go down. Also, God would not have repopulated the earth. It is also likely that they would have eventually perished. I pray that God will remember you also in Jesus’ name (more…)
Praying For God’s Promotion
Promotion comes from God
The scripture says that promotion does not come from men but from God. You can lift your eyes unto the hills but it is only from God that your help can come. He is the very present help in the time of needs. Promotion does not come from the east, west or south but it comes only from God.
God orchestrated Joseph’s promotion through Pharaoh
When God was ready to promote Joseph, He gave king Pharaoh a dream and gave Joseph the interpretation. Joseph did not only have the interpretation to the dream but he proffered a solution to the problem. That was what led to his elevation. God has the power to elevate you in one day if you can have faith in Him
Praying that God will fight our battles
How we fight our battles
We don’t fight our battles with carnal weapons, because the spiritual controls the physical. The way we fight our battles and subdue mountains as Christians is not by power nor by might but by the Spirit of the Lord. We don’t open gates with natural keys but with spiritual keys.
We fight our battles through prayer
As Christians, we can fight our battles and open gates through prayer just like the Church prayed for Peter and the prison door was opened. God sent His angel and brought Peter out simply because the believers prayed.
We fight our battles through praise
There are some gates and everlasting doors that only the King of glory can open. As Christians, we can fight our battle and open doors through praise. Paul and Silas in the prison praised God and the gates were opened. It was God Himself who opened the doors. The King of glory inhabited their praises and the prison doors flung open, their chains were broken and they were set free.

Praying against the enemies
Pray that God will silence all your enemies
Today, we need to pray that God will silence all our enemies. An enemy is a person who is actively opposed or hostile to someone or something. Haman was an enemy of the Jews who attempted to exterminate the Jews of Persia. He was a Persian minister in the book of Esther who was hanged after plotting a foiled massacre of the Jews.
Haman was offended by one man, Mordecai. He expected Mordecai to bow down to him but he refused because it was contrary to the Jewish culture. He however planned to transfer the aggression to all the Jews in the land by annihilating them all. This plan was thwarted by God through Esther and Haman was eventually hanged while Mordecai took over his position.

Pray for helpers of destiny | Node Prayers
God knows that we need helpers of destiny
God understands the need for the helpers of destiny. When he created man, He said it was not good for a man to be alone. He made a woman who was a help suitable for the man. When Jesus Christ was ascending to heaven also, he promised not to leave the believers helpless. He promised to send the Holy Spirit as our Helper. In the book of Psalms 46:1, the psalmist described God as a very present help in the times of need.
For you to fulfill God’s plans and purpose for your life, you need helpers of destiny. Truly, God is the lifter of men. However, the way God lifts men most of the time is also through men. On your journey to fulfilling destiny, you really need destiny helpers.
