Pray That God Will Give You Power For Great Exploits
Today, we will pray that God will give us power for great exploits. When Jesus promised us power, He wanted us to use the power for a great and mighty exploits. God does not want you to waste His investment in you. You will account for whatever He has given you. When that Master gave those three servants some talents, he expected them to trade with them. Two of the servants traded with their talents while one buried his. The unprofitable servant displeased the Master, and he took the talent away from him. He also punished him for his unprofitability. So also, the power that God will give you is meant for great exploits.
The disciples waited at the upper room for the promise of the Holy Spirit. After waiting for several days, the promise came like a mighty rushing winds. They received power just as Jesus Christ as promised them. Immediately after receiving the power, they began to witness about Jesus Christ to everyone. One message by Peter brought thousands of souls to Christ. They began to perform great signs, miracles and wonders. Shortly after receiving this power, Peter and John healed the lame man at the Beautiful Gate. Peter was so anointed that his shadow began to heal all manner of sicknesses and diseases. The power of God in your life is meant for great and mighty exploits.
Pray For The Power For Great Exploits
Prior to when the disciples received the power of the Holy Spirit. They were timid. They went into hiding when Jesus Christ was arrested. Peter was so timid that he denied Jesus Christ three times. However, when the power of the Holy Spirit came upon Peter, he preached the gospel fearlessly. They were imprisoned, beaten and persecuted several times. However, persecution could not quench the flame of the revival. The more they were persecuted, the more they spread the gospel. You can not light your candle and hide it under a bushel. Once God releases His power unto you, you need to start doing exploits.
The scriptures says that the people who do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits (Daniel 11:32). There is strength for great exploits. Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me..” This shows that all the exploits that Apostle Paul did was through God’s strength. His aprons and handkerchiefs were healing illnesses and delivering those who were oppressed by evil spirits (Acts 19:12). As we pray today, I pray that God will give you the power for great exploits in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Points:
- Father, I pray that you will give me the power to do a great and mighty exploits. Lord, I pray that you will strengthen me with your power in my inner mind in Jesus’ name.
Daniel 11:32
And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries; but the people who do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
2. Father, I pray for the grace to exercise the authority which you have given me over unclean spirits and to cast them out in Jesus’ name. I receive the power to heal every disease and every kind of sickness. I pray that God will give me power for great exploits in Jesus’ name.
Matthew 10:1
Jesus summoned His twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every kind of disease and every kind of sickness.
3. Father, I pray that you will increase my faith so that I will do great and mighty exploits. I receive the grace to constantly walk in the path of righteousness in Jesus’ name
Hebrews 11:5
By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; and he was not found because God took him up; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God.
4. Father, I pray that you will increase my faith and empower me to do a great and mighty exploits in Jesus’ name. I receive the grace to promptly obey you whenever you speak to me in Jesus’ name.
Hebrews 11:8
By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he went out, not knowing where he was going.
5. Father, I thank you for giving me power and authority over all demons and to heal all manner of diseases. Lord, I pray that you will give me power for great exploits in Jesus’ name.
Luke 9:1-2
And He called the twelve together, and gave them power and authority over all the demons and to heal diseases. And He sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to perform healing.
Pray For Unusual Anointing For Great Exploits
6. Father, I pray that through me, you will perform many signs and wonders. Lord, I pray that you will give me the power for great exploits in Jesus’ name.
Acts 2:43
Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles.
7. Father, I pray that you will release your immeasurable anointing upon me for great and mighty exploits. I pray that through me, you will perform great signs and wonders and draw so many souls to Christ in Jesus’ name.
Acts 5:12-14
The apostles performed many signs and wonders among the people. And all the believers used to meet together in Solomon’s Colonnade. 13 No one else dared join them, even though they were highly regarded by the people. 14 Nevertheless, more and more men and women believed in the Lord and were added to their number.
8. Father, I pray that you will anoint me with the Holy Ghost and power. Lord, I pray that you will use me mightily to deliver those who are under demonic oppression by demon and heal all manners of sicknesses and diseases in Jesus’ name.
Acts 5:15-16
As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. 16 Crowds gathered also from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick and those tormented by impure spirits, and all of them were healed.
9. Father, I pray that you will perform the signs of true apostle through me in Jesus’ name. I pray that in my life and in my ministry, there will be great signs and wonders and miracles in Jesus’ name.
2 Corinthians 12:12
The signs of a true apostle were performed among you with all perseverance, by signs and wonders and miracles.
10. Father, I pray for the grace to do all things through your strength in Jesus’ name.
Philippians 4:13
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me..”
